With over 20 years of experience in construction partnering and 25+ years in the public transportation industry, I bring a mix of structure, adaptability, and people-centered leadership to every project I facilitate. My background includes a Bachelor of Science in Information Management from California State San Bernardino and a Master of Science in Interactive Telecommunications from the University of Redlands.
What sets me apart is not just my commitment to meeting partnering requirements, charters, and deliverables — it’s how I help teams get there. I believe that partnering should feel professional, productive, and low-stress. I aim to create a space where project teams can focus on collaboration, not conflict — and where open communication leads to smarter decisions, better results, and fewer headaches.
I’m highly flexible with meeting formats, agendas, and duration to accommodate the needs of each team and project phase. Whether you're facing tough logistics or just want a smooth kickoff, I adapt to help partnering feel more like a solution than an obligation.
My experience in public relations help me bring empathy and perspective to the table, ensuring that stakeholders across the board feel heard and respected. And I bring the same mindset to my other professional world — as an e-commerce consultant working with clients in government, banking, beauty, apparel, and fan merchandise.
Outside of work, I'm a soccer coach and a lifelong tech enthusiast. I geek out on emerging tech, especially in the worlds of AI and crypto. I believe learning is a lifelong game — and I bring that curiosity and energy to every project I facilitate.
Most importantly, I’m a husband and proud father of two daughters. As a family, we love to travel and encourage our girls to stay active through sports, school activities, and clubs — values that reflect the same teamwork, growth, and balance I bring into my work.
